Bara Games Terms of Services

1. Your Account

1.1. Do I need an account to acccess the game?

Yes, you need an account to play the game. To create a new account, you must be 13 years or older. If you are a minor or don't understand the process, please ask your parent or legal guardian for assistance.

1.2. What is required to create an account?

A valid e-mail address.

1.3. Why should I input my email? How will Bara Games handle the data I provide?

Bara Games will securely store all the data you supply and will never distribute or misuse it. You need to input your email address because it will serve as a unique ID for your account. We are implementing a new system where no password is required to log into the game. This change aims to simplify the login process (eliminating the need to remember passwords) and enhance account security (making it more difficult to hack). Users will receive a one-time password (OTP) sent to the provided email address for login. Additionally, this helps reduce the presence of fake accounts, which can disrupt the game's balance.

1.4. Can I share my account credentials?

No, Bara Games will not be responsible for any losses resulting from sharing your account credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, theft, virtual item loss, payment information exposure, or account credential disclosure, please report it immediately so that we can take appropriate action. You are responsible for all losses.

 

2. Virtual Goods and Game Currency

2.1 What is Virtual Content

While playing the game, you will encounter two types of Virtual Content :

A. Virtual Objects, including Equipment, Item, Chip, Pet, etc.

B. In-game currency, namely:

  • Xena, used for transactions with NPCs and other players
  • Cash Points, used to purchase items from the Item Mall.

2.2 How can I acquire Virtual Content in the game?

You can obtain Virtual Objects and Xena by defeating monsters, purchasing them from NPCs, or trading with other players. As for Cash Points, you can either top up with real currency or earn them as rewards in the game, subject to terms and conditions.

 

3. User Rules

3.1. Can I use inappropriate language, troll, engage in racist behaviour, flame, threaten or harras other people in game ?

No, engaging in such behavior will result in actions being taken, including account bans. We aim to maintain a comfortable environment for all players in the game.

3.2. Can I use any hacks, cheats or bots when playing the game?

No, using unauthorized third-party programs, including mods, hacks, cheats, scripts, bots, or automation programs, will result in account bans of varying durations, depending on the severity of the violations.

3.3. If I encounter someone else using cheating methods, how can I report it to Bara Games?

You can send an email to our official address: contact@collector-x.com. Please include evidence in the form of screenshots or videos. We will promptly investigate and verify your report and may reward verified reports. Alternatively, you can join our official Discord server for quicker responses and potential rewards.

3.4. Real Money Trading (RMT)

3.4.1. Am I allowed to engage in Real Money Trading (RMT)?

No, any form of trading with real money, including buying or selling in-game items or accounts with real currency, is a violation of our terms.

3.4.2. What are the consequences if I violate the RMT rules?

If detected engaging in Real Money Trading, your account is at risk of being permanently banned without further notice. We are committed to maintaining the integrity and balance of the game, as well as protecting the player community from illegal activities.

 

4. Monitoring

4.1. Does Bara Games monitor my account while I play the game?

We only monitor accounts that are suspected of violating the rules or behaving inappropriately. This monitoring is done to ensure smooth gameplay, maintain balance, prevent hacking and cheating, and reduce toxic player behavior, thereby improving the game's features.

 

4.2. What data does Bara Games collect from my phone?

We only collect your IP address for communication via UDP and your OS version to facilitate Push Notifications.

 

5. Idea & Feedback Policy

5.1. Can I provide ideas, suggestions, or criticism to Bara Games regarding the game?

We greatly appreciate all feedback from players for the betterment of our game. Please note that any ideas, suggestions, or criticisms provided are freely usable by Bara Games. In other words, those who submit ideas and criticisms do not have any legal rights and cannot claim payment for any reason. You can share your feedback, ideas, or suggestions on our official Discord server and to our official email: contact@collector-x.com

 

6. Update & Modification

6.1. Will these terms and agreements change in the future?

Yes, we may make changes to these terms and agreements in the future. When we do, we will notify you, and you will have the opportunity to review the new agreement and decide whether to accept or decline it. If you accept, you can continue using our services. If you decline, we may have to discontinue our services for your account.

7.2. Can either party assign these terms?

No, only we can.

7.3. Is this our entire agreement?

Yes, that's all.

7.4 What happens if a natural disaster impacts the game?

We shall not be liable for any delays or failures in the game, including any failure to perform under these terms, resulting from a natural disaster.
